» Customer Support Representative - Part Time
We're seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative. Hours and work location for this position are flexible, and working at home is an option. This position has the potential to expand into a full-time position with equity participation.
Responsibilities:
Using an online integrated customer support tool, assist users in resolving issues related to finding, downloading, purchasing, and installing mobile applications. Test and refer technical issues to the QA team as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Four year College degree or equivalent
  • Experience providing customer support to web users
  • Superior understanding of customer needs and customer relationship management
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Hands on experience with handheld devices (Palm OS, Pocket PC, Windows Smartphone, Symbian, BlackBerry) a plus
  • Fluency in French, German, Italian or Spanish a plus
  • Self-starter, able to thrive with limited corporate structure, rapid change, and a multi-tasking start-up environment
» Content Specialist - Part Time
We're seeking a Content Special, part-time, with a strong passion for, and solid knowledge of, mobile devices. Hours and work location for this position are flexible, and working at home is an option. This position has the potential to expand into a full-time position with equity participation.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality control for a catalog of software and content for mobile devices. Edit and format product descriptions, convert and modify product images, manage user reviews and assist in customer support for user concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Four years college degree
  • Proven experience in online content management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong familiarity with mobile devices (Palm OS, Pocket PC, Windows Smartphone, Symbian, and/or BlackBerry)
  • Good knowledge of graphic design and image manipulation tools

» Marketing Manager - Full Time
We're seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. Work location for this position is flexible, and working at home is an option. This position includes equity participation. Strongly prefer applicants in San Francisco Bay area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement online product marketing plans and strategies. Manage online campaigns and promotions, e-mail newsletters, advertising strategies, and provide distribution partner liaison. Refine customer retention and acquisition initiatives. Gather and analyze customer behavior data gained from website traffic monitoring tools, customer surveys, and other resources.
Qualifications:
  • Four years college degree.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce / web marketing, e-mail marketing, and advertising.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong copywriting capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of graphic design and image manipulation tools.
  • Good knowledge of the HTML language.

We're seeking a part-time Web Developer / Content Builder. Hours and work location for this position are flexible, and working at home is an option. This position has the potential to expand into a full-time position with equity participation.
Responsibilities:
Build and integrate consumer facing commerce sites, update and create new content, keep sites up-to-date.
Qualifications:
  • Four year College degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of XHMTL, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience integrating front-end code with one or more server-side scripting technologies (e.g. ASP, PHP, etc.)
  • Experience authoring/editing XML
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies a plus
  • Basic Graphic Design skills (including Photoshop) a plus
  • Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) a plus

» Web Software Engineer - Full Time
We're seeking a full-time Web Software Engineer. Work location for this position is flexible, and working at home is an option. This position includes equity participation.
Responsibilities:
Improve, implement new features, and address issues in our websites and services.
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of XHMTL, CSS, XML and JavaScript
  • Excellent knowledge of ASP, .NET framework and related languages, PHP
  • Experience with building and maintaining dynamic, database driven websites and services
  • Good familiarity with the major software development environments and related tools, such as Visual Studio, Source Safe, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of the SQL language and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies a plus
  • Basic Graphic Design skills (including Photoshop) a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn large pre-existing code bases.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and quickly find optimal solutions.
