Steve Howard, CEO and President
Steve has over 20 years of experience in general management, R&D, and marketing
of software products and services. Prior to his position as CEO and President of
MobiHand, he was co-founder and president of SolutionCentral Media Corporation,
a rich media advertising company, which provided services to leading publishing
companies like Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and IDG. Previously he was founder
and President of Make Systems, a pioneering network engineering software company,
and built it into the market leader for Network Resource Planning, with customers
including most of the worlds leading carriers and hundreds of Fortune 500 companies.
Make Systems was acquired by OpNet Technologies, a publicly traded company, in 2001.
Before Make Systems, Steve worked as a technologist and program manager at Stanford
Research Institute (SRI International) where he headed up teams of mathematicians
and computer scientists focused on solving complex real-world scheduling and networking
problems. Steve graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from
the University of California at Berkeley and has an M.S. in Operations Research
from Stanford University.

Sebastian Dijmarescu, Founder and Chief Marketing
Officer
Sebastian is responsible for steering all product marketing activities and leading the product management of the MobiReach e-commerce and distribution platform. Sebastian has over 12 years experience in marketing, product management, and e-commerce. While holding top-level and senior management marketing positions, he was instrumental in building successful e-commerce and advertising platforms; managing explosive sales growth; and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to founding MobiHand, he led the marketing department for iambic, Inc. - a leading developer for mobile software solutions for PDA and Smartphones. Earlier, he was in charge of product management at the online advertising company SolutionCentral Media Corporation, where he oversaw development and marketing of a rich-media advertising platform used by major on-line publishers. Prior to that, Sebastian worked in sales and marketing for Coca-Cola, where he participated in product introductions for several regions in Romania. Sebastian has a BS from the Transylvania University at Brasov and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara (Leavey School of Business). |

Richard Wood, Chief Financial Officer
Rich has over 20 years experience in financial and operational management. In CFO,
controller and other management roles, he has built startup company systems and
teams from scratch; managed explosive growth; negotiated numerous licensing, distribution
and development deals; guided merger-related negotiation, due-diligence and integration;
and managed functions as diverse as HR, shipping and customer services. Before joining
MobiHand, he worked at online advertising innovator SolutionCentral Media; network
management software developer Make Systems; data analysis system manufacturer Metaphor
Computer Systems; enterprise software maker Oracle Corporation; and "Big 4" accounting
firm Deloitte. Rich has a BA in Business Economics from the University of California
at Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley (Haas
School of Business). He is also a CPA. |

David Schoenbach, VP of Business Development
As Vice President, Business Development at MobiHand, David is responsible for the
quality of the MobiHand catalog, and is MobiHand's primary liaison with software
publishers. Since 1983, David has been focused on the nexus of software and media
content. Prior to joining MobiHand, David headed Media-Z, Inc., a software R&D company
focused on presentation layer technology for multimedia search. Previously, David
worked at Microsoft Corporation in the Multimedia Publishing Group/Consumer Division,
where as Program Manager and Media Department Manager he contributed to groundbreaking
CDROM titles including Encarta Encyclopedia, Microsoft Bookshelf, and other educational
and reference products. Earlier, at Yamaha Corporation of America, David served
as Manager, Market Planning & Product Development, and Academic Relations Manager,
in which roles he identified and evaluated software business acquisition targets,
and headed business and curriculum development for a new music education program. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
